CAPSULE BIOGRAPHY

Kuek Thiam Yong is currently the Head of Department of Business and a lecturer at Faculty of Business and Finance, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. He graduated from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia with Master in Business Administration (General Management). Currently he is pursuing his PhD in Universiti Sains Malaysia. Some of his research interests are human resource management, strategic management and e-commerce. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and sports, especially badminton. He is also an avid manga reader.
