CAPSULE BIOGRAPHY

Ng Yin Kuan is the lecturer for the Faculty of Business & Finance, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. She obtained her master degree in Business Administration (International Business) from the Graduate School of Management, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her research interest includes Knowledge Management, Culture, Human Resources Management, and International Business.
