Norhayati Bt Md Isa is a lecturer for the Faculty of Business & Finance, University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. She received her Master of Business Administration Degree, majoring in Human Resources Management (HRM) from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Her research interest fields are workforce diversity, employee motivation and work- life balance.
