Peramjit
is a lecturer for the Faculty of Business & Finance, University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Perak,
Malaysia. He received his Degree in Law (LL.B) (Hons)
from University of London. He completed his Masters (Real Estate) at the
Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya in October 2008. His
research interest is in Real Estate Law & Company Law.
