CAPSULE
BIOGRAPHY Mr. Ramesh Kumar currently is a Lecturer for the Faculty of
Business & Finance, University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Malaysia. He received his Masters degree in
MBA from the University of Utara Malaysia (UUM). Graduate with B.Mgmt, (Hons) Major in
Management and Minor in Political Science from the Universiti
Sains Malaysia. Currently he is
pursuing his PhD from USM in Human Resource Management field. He has more than twelve years of progressive Human Resource
and teaching experience.
