Ms. Shanthi a/p Nadarajah is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Business & Finance, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. She received her MBA from University Utara Malaysia. Her research interests include International Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Cross Culture Management.
