Dr. Peter Tan Sin Howe is currently a Deputy Dean (Academic Development & Undergraduate Programmes) and full-time lecturer of Department of Business and Public Administration, FBF, UTAR, Malaysia. He has the external trainer qualifications as PSMB Certified Trainer and TRIZ Level 1 Instructor. He is actively involved in public talk, community project and consultancy services.
