BIOGRAPHY
Tan Luen Peng is a lecturer for the Faculty of Business & Finance, University
Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. He received his Master of business
administration degree majoring in International Business from the Universiti
Putra Malaysia. His research interest fields are organizational behavior,
trust, perceived organizational supports.
