CAPSULE BIOGRAPHY

 

Ms Zuriawati Zakaria is currently a lecturer under Faculty of Business and Finance in University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. She graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with MBA (Finance) and degree from Universiti Malaysia Sabah with Bachelor of International Business (International Finance). Currently she pursue PhD at Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has great interest in the area of dividend policy, Capital structure and corporate governance.
